Work, kids, and relationships can be exhausting, and it feels like that drink is your only way to unwind. I feel your desire to change these drinking habits, even if you’re unsure what that might look like right now.Â
Consuming alcohol has different impacts on our health (mental and physical) and lifestyles. However, many of us have developed drinking habits that no longer align with you (or your family’s) happiness and wellbeing. Often, it’s us who struggle the most with redefining the role of alcohol in our lives because no one is sharing an alternative to staying stuck or going teetotal.
Inside the challenge, you’ll connect with other women like you who are changing their relationship with alcohol while supporting each other through the experience of going 31 days without it.
I’m Amy, a certified alcohol-free coach. I stopped drinking, but that isn’t every conscious drinker’s journey.
I made this decision for myself after seeking guidance from others who felt the same as me and viewed alcohol differently to the societal narrative. By allowing myself the time, space, and grace to understand my drinking habits, I defined my priorities and created a lifestyle that aligns with this—and I realized alcohol didn’t fit into this vision.
Since then, I’ve embraced being present with my growing children, scaling my six-figure business, and energizing my mind and body rather than draining it. My sleep is better, I’m positive and present in the moment, and I’m at peak performance every day.
Your journey might look different from mine.
This is a judgment-free, supportive space where you can experiment with living alcohol-free for 31 days and discover the role you want drinking to play in your life going forward.
